Gems Day!

It was a perfect day! Perfect to celebrate the Gems Day! Hehehe.

Everybody from the group had their own reason for being away: Mike was on a night shift, Warren called it a sick day,  Rands was on a day off,  Zeny and Che took a morning shift, while Davie paid a visit to the office but went for a basketball game after. So it was absolutely Gems day for me! Weeee ^_^

I came early for work after I went to the bank which became a perfect time to take the miryenda break. We went to Jollibee for some Palabok and Ice Craze.  I can’t really remember the last time we did that, so malamang matagal tagal na talaga!

Although at dinner time, she had to go to boxing while I had dinner treat from him at Goldilocks. Gems got a paid pasalubong from me, Bistek Tagalog. Hahahaha. Paid pasalubong because she got to pay it after.

To call it a perfect night, we went for a midnight walk going to the park under the big blue moon ala-horror-movie-look with Starbucks Cofee Jelly, Hot Choco and Tuna Pandesal to go. ^_^ I was really waiting if she would ask the ultimate questions but she did not. Hahahaha! I guess she was just looking forward the perfect time I’ll tell her myself ^_^

Although she could have left at 1:30am, she cared to stay a little more time so I could ride with her and Jazzy going home before we called it a day.

Thanks for the day, Gems! ^_^

NEWBEEn!

At times, I could be the most boring person who could stay at home 24x7 for as long as food, cable TV and internet are available. I am a self-confessed couch potato! Ate will praise me for admitting this. Hahaha. But nothing will ever replace weekend gimmicks especially when the destination is something for a newbie like me!

Laguna
First on my list is Chevy Laguna, technically located in Carmona. I was basically new to this place because Carmona is totally out of my way. We had to commute for an hour because Cruzee was still an imaginary companion ^_^ at that time. At the showroom, I really felt like a millionaire surrounded with shiny cars together with the sales executive smiling with his shiny white teeth! *ting* Hahaha. He was able to drive the Cruze along the express way and left the sales executive crying later on. Sa Chevy Alabang sya kumuha. Bad talaga  >:D

California Berry
Frozen Yoghurt is our new Quickly! ^_^ Although Quickly will always have a place in our hearts.

Caleruega, (Batulao, Batangas)
“For the longest time we were spending our time at Charles Huang during our retreats and recollection, Caleruega is just a fence away!”, he said. I never thought this small paradise is hidden on the top of Batulao, Batangas. He asked me to drive Cruzee and I did with caution, hindi ko kasi dala ang lisensya ko! But he still trusted me more that I trust myself. Hahaha! Palpak lang sa pag atras. We spend the time taking shots for Cruzee capturing the long green plains of Batangas at the background.

Alabang Town Center
I will no longer be a stranger in this center. LOL. Hahaha!

Motorama Car Show
This is very first car show I have ever been into. Complete with photo sessions with transformers mascots, I also got a free badge! And I got to see the famous yellow Camaro, Bumblebee!

Sonia’s Garden
The most perfect time to go to Sonia’s Garden is definitely at night, like what we did. The place is perfectly romantic I would say - the dim chandeliers, the table setting, the instrumental background music, the cold breeze and you know, guests were mostly couples. Just don’t forget to empty your stomach when planning to try their buffet dinner or else you will end up just staring at the freshly prepared food in front of you while your stomach is already giving up. Hahaha. Nakakabusog, pero healthy naman. I love the bread with lots of dips and toppings! - especially the basil with garlic! That could replace my lugaw-tokwa combi. Scary lang yung fog, it came quite suddenly without a warning and was getting thicker which caused severe minimal visibility along the vicinity of Tagaytay City. But the rest were such a lovely experience!

Opt for a Test Drive
“We’re open Sundays”. We went to Dasma and a banner at the front tells otherwise. Then we went to Alabang branch and the most exciting part was to test drive Honda Civic 2.0 while I was the one behind the wheels! Seatbelt pleeeaaaase!!! I ended up loving  a car with an automatic transmission.

A.Venue Hotel Suites Granvia Cafe
At last, I was able to experience A-lister A.Venue located along Makati Ave. Nothing beats a free dinner!!!

I see new things as a breath of a fresh air. Nothing more, nothing less. ^_^

Let's Toast The Diary's 3rd Anniversary!

Not so long ago, I started this “exciting” personal blog site (I have to say it and love my own! Hmp! Che! Ha-Ha) out of desperation to keep myself very busy. Three years after (that’s today! Yebaaaaa), I am still here, wasting your time again, but more desperate to write an entry because I am so busy with other things. Pero hindi ko to pwedeng palalampasin, hindi pwede!!! I never thought keeping this with my awkward working hours but I did it! Yey! This diary has been there throughout my three-year journey of self-determination and independence. It was awfully amazing how my life turned a full 360 degrees around – in fact, a different me. Every experience was unique, and each became a life-long lesson to learn and this diary is helping me to remember all of it.

I was a follower of a blog for quite some time before I started my own. I spent hours of my day reading her blogs and somehow, her random stories inspired me! (So wherever you are… you moved me!) Oh how can I forget my very first post (circa 2007)? It was a survey with cutie-questions about life. I answered them all my heart, probably crying my eyes out while doing it Ha ha ha, especially the banana split question. Weeee ^_^

Given a chance to live back the day I decided to start writing here, I will probably do it over again without having a second thought!

I am looking forward to continue blogging and to celebrate more anniversaries!

The name is still timely; I am still lazy, so lazy...

I am dedicating this celebration to my love ones and friends for allowing me to have such wonderful experiences to share.

Thanks to you for wasting your precious time to drop by and visit here.

Thanks to you for making me feel that you are enjoying yourself reading my kadramahans ^_^v Merci!

Thanks to you for celebrating yourself with me! Tagay tayo!

Happy 3rd anniversary to my online diary!!!
