Day Out with Bargels At Shakeys

It’s another family eat out since we went to the dentist and getting hungry is not an option! ^_^v I understand Maynilad when they say “Dadaloy ang Gihnawa”. Fine, paki-bilis-bilisan nyo lang please. The traffic is so heavy. Shakey’s Las PiƱas in front of Perpetual Help Collage was the place. What I love about his place is that it has an archade inside!

Our favorite! I popped P100.00 from my wallet and *booom* – coins for us!!!! While waiting, we hit Daytona racing and the not-so-friendly game, the “claw crane”. Honestly, I hate it sooo much but the kids love it. Hindi pa ako nakakakuha doon ng stuff toys ever!!! But Daytona is a classic one. :-)

As soon as we emptied our coin pocket, the food was ready for serving. Hmmmm, ambango ng chicken at spaghetti!

They have new addition to their menu - Frozen Yoghurt! in fairness, ang dami ng servings nila. A big sunday glass for onlt P115.00!

Here Comes The Sun – Oasis Hotel and Resort

In our family, we never miss going to the beach during summer. This year, our search for a new venue took us to Tanza. Formerly known as Mount Sea Grand Resort, it is now renamed to Oasis Hotel and Resort located along the coast line of Cavite. We used to go several times at Mount Sea Fiesta Resort, a sister resort, in Rosario so we know that this place is going to give us the best service.

We were supposed to stay at Water Camp in Kawit but the place was so full – no available parking at all! Kuya drove west and we finally arrived at Amaya, Tanza.

Day tour fee is P200.00 per head – for the use of beach and pool and P700.00 for the cottage. I don’t really like Cavite beaches; they are dark and muddy – in addition to the garbage at shore line.

The pool is okay. I really love the caving at the back, it really looked natural and it gives you a beach-feel. We did not try the slides because of my injured foot since I was not able to swim. I only let them to swim nearby.

It was fun, fun, fun! Happy Summer everyone! ^_^v

Slimmed Down Big Time!

I hate being thin or underweight or looking sad! I hate it really bad but sometimes it just happens or maybe I made it happen. :-/ I weighed 45 kilos again. The last time I was this thin was in college. :-( I blame myself for being so conscious about summer.

That is why I need some positive reinforcement from Appetton! - My partner in keeping my ideal weight. It is my 3rd can already and somehow I see some weight gaining changes :-D Kaya ko to! Unti – unti. And if I reach 55 kilos again, I should be rewarded by Appetton! Hahaha ^_^v

Summer Kicks Off! – Indian Mango

Our trees are my best summer season experts. Pag may bulaklak na, it summer time na! :-D Walang kokontra – Ako ang reyna ng mangga!

Learn From the Scratch

The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing. Naaalalamo pa ba yung mga peklat mo bago ka pa natutong bike? Eh yung galos sa tuhod at sa siko mo dahil sa kaka-master ng agawang-bahay? Ako oo!

I learned how to ride a bike when I was in grade two, all by myself by the way – using Tatay’s bike under his nose. Hehehe. Mas patakas, mas masaya! The thrill of learning how to ride on a bike has never been easier. I was taking it to the basketball court and spend the whole afternoon watching myself falling and getting up again steering and balancing the two wheels.

Now that I have White, the experience is never different to completely learn the tricks of driving. I already made four scratches so far – both side mirrors (twice on the right) and one at the bumper. I think I wouldn’t be more careful now in taking my turns if not from those scratches.

And it is my turn to reward White. Those scratches are sooo much eyesores to me. For P700.00, everything disappeared like almost a brand new!

Kiss Me, I’m Vaccinated

Last year’s vaccination has expired so we had another shot for this year. It’s less painful this time. They were using a different needle – I guess. Parang nag “dart” lang yung nurse at tinarget yung left arm ko   :-D Wholllah! Tapos na!

The process took only for 15 minutes. The stations are well-placed unlike last year! And the final stage is picture taking! Hahaha

Nag aantay ako na masaktan, pero hindi masyado :-D

The bad part was feeling like having a hallow block hanging on my shoulder. Ang bigaaaat! But it was nice to know that the vaccine has got into my system. Babushkee, Flu!
